Nowadays in the IT industry, everybody seems to want to be agile. While we can still see pockets of software development processes that use the waterfall methods, most forward-looking people recognize the importance of taking agile training courses. The reason behind this is quite easy to grasp. The alternatives to agile are situations synonymous to inflexible, unresponsive, hidebound, slow and waste of time.

The truth is, long before even the very first agile training was given in universities, several professionals involved in the IT industry have already recognized that the processes that use the waterfall techniques exhibit a poor reaction time to market feedback. The realization that the agile IT world now reigns comes with numerous concepts that give nice introduction to agile development processes such as agile tutorials, agile manuals, agile training courses and even agile conferences; things that we do not expect to see the end of very soon.
